Rule 135 B: Proposal of how the new rule should read:
Upon request, the office of the Executive Secretary of NASMA will furnish a list of qualified and approved NASMA judges to organizations or persons sponsoring shows or contests. Along with this list will be made available the review files, evaluation forms, and scoring rubrics for the judge being considered for that show/contest.

Justification and impact if rule is not changed |
Justification: currently anyone sponsoring a show has no way of knowing the current reviews of judges sanctioned in our organization.
Impact: without reviews being kept on file and judges reviewed yearly, we have no accountability system in place for our judges. |
